Terms of Service

1. Technology Booking Directory

Only Blowouts is a technology matchmaking software platform, not a beauty salon, employer, or styling agency. Services are provided exclusively by independent B2B professional contractors who maintain their own independent business entities, state cosmetology licenses, tools, products, and commercial liability insurance. Only Blowouts does not direct, supervise, or control the manner or means of how these independent professionals deliver their services.

2. Equipment & Professional Autonomy

Independent contractors operating on the Only Blowouts platform are entirely responsible for providing all required hot tools, styling products, consumables, and transportation necessary to complete a session. Stylists retain the absolute right of refusal for any lead requests and maintain total autonomous control over their working schedules, availability, and individual pricing tiers.

3. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

To secure an appointment with an independent stylist, a deposit or a valid payment method on file is required. We enforce a strict cancellation policy to protect our styling professionals' time and independent businesses:

• 24-Hour Rule: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will forfeit the required deposit or incur a late-cancellation fee to compensate the independent contractor.
• No-Shows: Failure to be present at the requested service address upon the stylist's arrival will result in a full charge for the booked service.

4. VIP Memberships & Subscriptions

VIP Memberships (such as "The Weekly Vibe" and "The Jetsetter") are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Only Blowouts to automatically charge your linked payment method every 30 days. You may cancel your membership at any time through your Account Settings; however, partial months are non-refundable. Unused blowouts do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in your tier benefits.

5. Safety, Conduct & Environment

Because services are rendered in private residences or hotel rooms, mutual respect and safety are paramount. Clients must provide a safe, clean, and well-lit environment for the independent stylist to work. Only Blowouts maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. Independent stylists retain the right to immediately terminate a session and leave the premises if they feel unsafe, which will result in a full charge and permanent client account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we require our independent stylists to provide proof of business registration and commercial liability insurance during onboarding, Only Blowouts acts solely as a software booking interface. We are not legally liable for any damages, allergic reactions to products, physical injuries, or property damage that may occur during an in-home session. Any claims regarding the service must be resolved directly with the independent contractor who performed the service.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Only Blowouts platform constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms. For support or questions regarding these terms, please contact support@onlyblowouts.com.
